Styling Tips:





  • Prep hair by applying a volume and texture boosting thermal protectant to damp hair before blow drying and styling.

  • Next, blow dry hair using a thermal brush to shape and control and guide hair in the desired direction.

  • When hair is dry, use a large barrel curling rod to curl hair, working with individual sections at a time. Begin curls partway down each strand of hair that you work with. To curl, wrap hair around the rod, about 3-4 times, and stop each curl about 1-2 inches from the ends of each strand of hair. Be sure to curl your front, face framing layers away from your face  And, remember to create curls going in alternating directions.

  • After curling, spritz the ends of hair with a dry texture, finishing spray.

  • Then, use you fingers to shape and style hair, gently tousling and loosening curls, to create messy textured waves.

  • To accent hair, use a headband, head scarf, or velvet fabric tie to pull hair back away from face.
